Accessibility Statement
Last updated Oct 11, 2026
1. Our commitment and scope
[StratosOpX, LLC] is committed to making its digital products usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation or other assistive technologies.
This statement covers:
- The public website at stratosopx.com, including the pricing page and ROI calculator.
- The StratosOpX web platform used by customers, including order review and approval screens, bid analysis results, dashboards and admin settings.
- Customer-facing documents we produce, such as go/no-go summaries, compliance checklists and exported reports.
Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test, not a one-time project.
2. Conformance target and status
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Standard | Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA |
| Related frameworks | Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (for public-sector customers); Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) |
| Current status | Partially conformant: some content does not yet fully meet the standard |
| Assessment method | Internal review with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing; independent third-party audit planned for [Q_ 2027] |
| VPAT / ACR | Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5, WCAG and 508 editions) available on request after the audit [target date] |
| Last reviewed | [October 2026] |
We will update this statement after each audit and at least once a year.
3. Measures we take and accessibility features
How we work
- Accessibility requirements are included in design specs and acceptance criteria for new features.
- Every release runs automated accessibility checks; key workflows get manual keyboard and screen-reader testing (NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS).
- Team members receive accessibility training, and a named owner tracks issues to resolution.
- We consider accessibility when selecting third-party components and vendors.
Features in the website and platform
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators and skip-to-content links.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and labeled form fields for screen readers.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, and status (approved, flagged, rejected) shown with text and icons, not color alone.
- Layouts that reflow at 400% zoom and support browser text resizing.
- Order-review and change-order diff screens that announce changes to assistive technology.
- Data tables with proper header markup; charts paired with a text or table alternative.
- No time limits on approval tasks, or the ability to extend them; session-timeout warnings with an option to continue.
- Exported checklists and reports in accessible, tagged formats (Word, Excel, tagged PDF).
4. Known limitations and third-party content
We are working to fix the following. [Replace with audit findings once available.]
| Area | Limitation | Workaround | Target fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Source documents | Purchase orders and RFP packages that customers upload (scanned PDFs, Excel files) are third-party content and may not be accessible | Our extracted, structured view of each document is designed to be accessible; ask support for help | Ongoing |
| ROI calculator | Some interactive sliders may not announce values clearly to all screen readers | Numeric input fields are provided beside each slider | [Date] |
| Dashboards | Some complex charts may lack a full text alternative | Export the underlying data to Excel | [Date] |
| Embedded tools | Third-party scheduling, chat and payment widgets follow their vendors' accessibility practices | Contact us by email or phone instead | Vendor-dependent |
We do not control the accessibility of customers' ERP systems or other connected third-party products.
5. Feedback, alternative formats and contact
